The signed agreement defines the exact purchased features and limits redistribution. Editable source cannot be made impossible to copy; the licence and contract identify authorised use.

Does this include hosting?
No. The source runs on a host you control. The $75 setup service configures the purchased bot in your environment; hosting bills remain yours.
Can I rename or change it?
Yes. The name, roles, channels and thresholds live in the config file, and the source is readable. The agreement limits it to one installation and forbids redistribution.
Are recordings or HTML transcripts included?
The base saves TXT ticket transcripts. Voice recording and the self-hosted HTML viewer are separate source add-ons at the prices above.
Will I receive it immediately after paying?
Payment and the buyer's identity are checked before delivery. The signed licence is issued for your application and server IDs; the package is then sent privately.
