Sale and signing privacy
This page describes the Utilities Bot storefront and private signing service. It is separate from any buyer installation of the bot.
Who handles the information
Dion McKew operates this sale service. Contact the seller contact address shown during checkout when orders open about this notice or a signed purchase.
What is collected
The public pages do not use analytics or marketing cookies. Basic hosting logs can include IP address, time, requested path and browser information. If you begin an order, the service stores your name, email, country or state, selected options, creation time and request IP. If you sign, it also stores the full agreement text and digest, typed signature, date and time, browser details and IP. After manual payment verification it records the payment method and transaction reference. A delivered licence records the named buyer and their Discord application and server IDs.
Why it is used
This information is needed to show the exact price and terms, record electronic signatures, match a payment to an order, issue a buyer-specific licence, provide purchased setup or support, and resolve disputes. It is not used for advertising or sold as customer data.
Payment and sharing
If you continue to PayPal, PayPal processes the payment under its own privacy statement. The sale service does not receive your PayPal password or card details. The seller and the hosting provider can access the records needed to run this service. The buyer bot, this sale service and unrelated projects do not share customer databases.
Retention and security
Unsigned order links expire after seven days and are deleted by the daily cleanup once expired. Signed agreements, payment references and delivery records are kept while needed to administer the licence, support, legal obligations and disputes; there is no automatic deletion date for signed records yet. Daily local SQLite snapshots are kept for recovery. They are on the same host and do not protect against loss of that host. Signing links are random and private; anyone with the link may see the signed copy, so do not forward it.
Your requests
Contact the seller contact address shown during checkout when orders open to ask for a copy, correction or deletion, or to ask how a record is used. Identity will be checked before a private agreement is disclosed or changed. Some records may need to be kept for a live contract or legal claim.
